At Farrell Home Inspections, we possess the expertise, training, and cutting-edge technology to deliver the ultimate home inspection experience. We encourage our customers to attend the inspection, but even if you can’t, our same-day comprehensive reports will give you the feeling you were there. Your detailed full inspection report can be quickly converted to an easy-to-read summary which will highlight our findings including photos. The home inspection report includes maintenance recommendations, the age and size of your HVAC system and water heater, as well as shut-off locations with photos (gas, water, electrical, etc.).

Every home inspection includes, at no additional cost, a whole-house infrared scan by a thermographer. Infrared goes beyond a typical home inspection looking for signs of water intrusion, electrical hot spots in the panel, missing insulation, and ensuring all AC supply vents are functional not visible to the naked eye. Having a thermographer perform these tasks can cost over $300 alone.

We can also perform termite/WDO inspections* as well as 4-point and wind-mitigation reports (no additional charge) that may be requested by your insurance carrier. We have redefined and simplified the home buying experience with our bundled services and same-day reporting.

They offer complementary services and Joe validated that some of the prior inspection’s issues were fixed.
